Human Being, Not Human Doing
Mirella Piwiszkis
CEO at Inspire EDU Sp. z o.o. developing competencies of the futureSkills We Need in a World Where Machines Can Do More and More.
For decades, we have measured our value through what we produce, achieve and get done. But as technology becomes increasingly capable of doing things faster and better than we can, our greatest advantage may lie elsewhere — in the deeply human capabilities that cannot simply be automated.
For leaders, this also means learning to manage not only time, but mental space and remaining growable: curious enough to question what once made us successful and flexible enough to reinvent how we think, lead and live.
Inner Conflicts Affecting Decision-Making
Alexandra Egorushkina
Business Development Director | COO | Creator of EgoLabStrong leaders can still get stuck — not from lack of information or courage, but when equally important goals and roles pull them in different directions. I’ll explore how inner conflicts affect decision-making and mental energy, and why the solution isn’t always to eliminate the conflict, but to find a workable balance between competing priorities and move forward without waiting for a perfect decision.
Every Heart Has a Sound: Turning a Stress Test into Personal Music
Alexander Smirnov, PhD
Physician | PhD in Medicine | Chief of Science & Technology at CleverPointWe present a sonification method turning an ECG recorded during a 25-minute VR stress protocol (paced breathing, motor and cognitive tasks, rest periods) into a musical piece. A deterministic engine maps every sound to a measured quantity. Trait-like parameters -cardiac reactivity and post-load recovery, the most reliable metrics in test-retest data - set the genre and harmonic framework, while state variables shape the performance: tempo follows heart rate, vowel color follows arousal, consonants follow the dominant autonomic branch, and the final cadence resolves only when the heart returns to baseline. Three contrasting autonomic profiles ("Storm & Calm", "Under Pressure", "Drift") illustrate how the music follows individual physiology. We discuss sonification as a medium of self-perception: hearing one's own physiological recording engages the experience of stress and recovery differently than reading a report.

The Brain’s Hidden Power: How to Recharge with Music
Artiom Shaplyka

In this session, we will decode the hidden influence of music and explore how music & sounds physically reshape your neural pathways. Discover the shocking difference between digital tracks and live acoustic vibrations, and learn how the simple act of playing an instrument or listening to properly selected music rewires your gray matter to build an unshakeable mind.
Creativity Is a Skill, Not a Gift: How to Train Your Creative Brain in the Age of AI
Darya Prakapovich
Master of Arts | PR and Global Communications“Talent” is often an excuse not to try. But what if creativity is a skill, not a gift? We’ll explore how creative thinking works in the brain, practice simple techniques, and discuss why creativity remains essential in the age of AI — because AI can generate ideas, but not human context and emotional intelligence. Stop waiting for talent. Start training creativity.
